Award presented for sponsoring venue for the 12th Annual Autism Awareness Campaign
Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi today received an award from H.E Helal Mohammed Al Hameli, Deputy Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry on behalf of HH Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance as a venue sponsor for the 12th Annual Autism Awareness campaign that was held recently at the mall. Receiving the award at the Al Jazeera FC was Mr. Wajeb Al Khoury, Director of Line Investments and Property LLC.
Mr. Navaneeth Sudhakaran, General Manager, Al Wahda Mall, said, “We remain focused on CSR programs that help the residents of UAE and this collaboration is a testament to our commitment. We hope our community benefitted immensely from the campaign and this collaboration is the start of our pledge to support more awareness initiatives for the people of determination.”
The event was hosted for public awareness about Autism to promote better understanding of the difficulty faced by autistic children and why early diagnosis and early intervention is essential.
Al Wahda Mall reiterates it commitment to support the global Autism awareness campaign and is grateful for being given the opportunity to be part of this noble initiative.
