Dubai, UAE – May 2016 – UAE based artist and author, Art Noor, who is widely known and acclaimed for his work on the 99 Names of Allah series of paintings, will be hosting an exhibition in collaboration with Monda Gallery at a reception for art lovers atSofitel The Palm, Dubai on Saturday June 4th, 2016.
The program will include a Tanoura dance and the gifting of a selected set of Art Noor’s paintings to lucky participants, through a raffle during the event.
Ajmal Perfumes, the premium brand of fragrances, who is also the platinum sponsor of the event has gifted 500 books to the invitees, and will also introduce their latest fragrance called Tanaasuq (Harmony in Arabic).
This is first of its kind event, where art, fragrance, and Sufi Dance will create a harmonious symphony to welcome the holy month of Ramadan.
Guests will be surrounded by over a hundred paintings of Art Noor of multiple sizes, majority of which are recent creations, adding to the set of 30 paintings unveiled in his earlier “Light & Love in the 99 Names of Allah” exhibition.
“Ramadan is very dear to my heart since I painted my first collection of 99 Names of Allah in Ramadan of 2003, and this one will be in my 14th year doing it”, says Art Noor.
